The Elathan were a sentient species^[1] native to the planet Elatha in the Stensen sector of the Outer Rim Territories.^[2][3] They had their first contact with the wider galaxy between the years 500–340 BBY, when they were visited by the Chu'unthor, a vast training ship operated by the Jedi Order. This first contact encounter garnered significant media attention across the galaxy.^[1]

Behind the scenesEdit

The Elathan were created for the Power of the Jedi Sourcebook, a roleplaying game sourcebook published by Wizards of the Coast in 2002.
