Eloa was an individual serving Captain Booster Terrik aboard the Errant Venture in 44 ABY. During the first ever Tendrando Arms Celebrity Sabacc Charity Challenge, Eloa was tasked to wire Senator Haydnat Treen's entry fee of one million credits back, as Treen's place in the tournament was being assumed by Wynn Dorvan, personal assistant to the Galactic Alliance's Chief of State Natasi Daala.
