Emberlene Essence was a musky fragrance that evoked memories of the deep woods of the destroyed planet Emberlene. Many Emberlene memorial shrines were stocked with this essence for the refugees from Emberlene that wanted to remember their beautiful home world.

In 1.5 ABY an agent of the Azure Cabal broke into a Mistryl safe house on Naboo and stole a bottle of Emberlene Essence. He used this fragrance during an attack on a stronghold of the Cult of M'dweshuu to make the Nikto believe that they had been ambushed by the Mistryl Shadow Guard and incite a war between the two organizations.
