The Emperor's Voice was an exalted level of Dark Side Adept loyal to Emperor Palpatine at the time of the Galactic Empire.

It served as a parallel to the Emperor's Hands, Emperor's Eyes, and Emperor's Reach. Maarek Stele was an Emperor's Voice as well as a Reach and a Hand.
