Emperor's Will was a Victory-class Star Destroyer that was assigned to the Imperial Center defense fleet after the Battle of Endor.
When the New Republic invaded in the wake of Rogue Squadron's infiltration the Emperor's Will was not sent into battle, having been dispatched with the Imperator by Ysanne Isard to begin the establishment of a new Imperial capital elsewhere in the Galaxy.
