The Empire Day Emperor's Statue was a statue made in the likeness of Emperor Palpatine for the purpose of the Imperial holiday Empire Day on his homeworld of Theed, Naboo. It was erected on Empire Day at the Palace Plaza, near the steps to the Theed Royal Palace. It was also the place where awards were supplied to various members of the Imperial Military for various acts of service to the Empire. It was normally guarded by two AT-STs, as well as a platoon of Stormtroopers.

In 1 ABY, a spacer was presented with the Champion of Empire Day award by the Imperial enforcer, Darth Vader, for his service to the Empire. Vader also supplied a speech in front of the statue that gave the history of the holiday before making his leave. When Vader was not present, several Stormtrooper soldiers stood guard at the location, and an Imperial Celebration Organizer proceeded to sell pro-Imperial rations such as Gracious Government Mix and Order 66 Cookies (the former of which was said to be favorites of Emperor Palpatine himself) to those loyal to the Empire.

The Empire Day Emperor's Statue was an in-game item in the MMORPG Star Wars Galaxies: An Empire Divided. It was utilized during Empire Day, with any players who located the Emperor's Statue at specific times being supplied with various awards during each real-life year by Darth Vader.

The player can also get a copy of the statue as decoration for their home, should they be a 63-month veteran at the game.
