In 19 BBY Jedi Knight Dass Jennir and the crew of the Uhumele traveled to Esseles in search of Bomo Greenbark's daughter Resa, who has been sold as a slave to the wealthy aristocrat, Dezono Qua. As they neared Qua's mountain villa, several of these birds could be seen flying through the air.
