Estalle

Estalle was a city on the island of the same name on the planet Procopia. Since the formation of the Tapani Empire the city was the seat of power within the Tapani sector. It was the location of The Palace, the residence of the Emperors, and later of the Senate Building and Great Council Chambers. During the Imperial era the entire island was covered by the Urban sprawl of Estalle city.
