Esus Mesa was a stone mesa located in the Jundland Mountains on the planet Tatooine that was connected to the nearby cliffs by a stone bridge.[1] In 3,643 BBY,[2] during the Cold War between the Galactic Republic and the Sith Empire, the Sith Lord Praven challenged a young Jedi Knight to a duel atop the Esus Mesa, and the Jedi Knight defeated Praven in combat.[1]

The Esus Mesa was created for Star Wars: The Old Republic, a massively multiplayer online role-playing game released by BioWare on December 20, 2011, where it appears as a class story area for the Jedi Knight class's mission "Desert Duel."
