Exchange negotiators were a type of energy baton used by the criminal organization known as the Exchange. They were presumably used to "negotiate" prices with buyers, or perhaps the name was just a cover-up of the weapon's real use. The negotiator delivered a more potent shock than other stun batons.

The Jedi Exile has the possibility of obtaining this weapon. However, it works mainly like an ordinary stun baton.
