Exorant were insect-like rodents, considered pests in the Cularin system asteroid belt. They were shiny, whiskled parasites about 15 centimeters long. Although they attacked by biting, they were not a real threat to humanoid-sized sentients.

Karlo's kitchen in Darkside station was infested with at least twenty exorants as of 32 BBY.
