The Delvin Constructs Model Fac L-113 was a light vehicle factory, modeled after a typical AT-ST manufacturing plant on Balmorra. This model was pre-fabricated, so that it could be set up or taken down relatively quickly to begin manufacturing new vehicles for Imperial forces. Originally designed to manufacture AT-ST's, however, it could also be be retrofitted for the production of the TIE maulers and 2-M Saber-class repulsor tanks.
