The Delvin Constructs Model Fac L-83 was an Alliance to Restore the Republic version of the Fac L-113 light vehicle factory used by Galactic Empire. Modified to allow production of repulsorlift vehicles like T2-B repulsor tank and T-47 airspeeder exclusively, these factories were both commissioned by Rebel Alliance for use throughout the galaxy and purchased exclusively for use on the existing hidden bases.
