A Fallanassi village was located on Pydyr by 44 ABY. The village was located on an island on the moon, and the village, island, and surrounding area were all protected by illusions in the White Current, hiding their visibility to all beings who did not know how to access the White Current—even other Force-sensitives. However, in 44 ABY, the dark side entity Abeloth arrived and hid briefly among the Fallanassi, until she was found there by Luke and Ben Skywalker and the Lost Tribe of Sith. Soon after, a battle took palce in the village between the Jedi, the Sith, and Abeloth, resulting in the defeat of the Sith force and Abeloth fleeing.
