Fanta was a Poldt who visited the Boonta Eve Classic in 32 BBY. He had a quarrel with Jar Jar Binks before the race started.

Fanta was described as an alien with a skinny, sour face. Jar Jar Binks continuously tried to peer over his shoulder to see the race on Fanta's hand held viewscreen. This annoyed Fanta, who apparently wanted nothing to do with Jar Jar, and he intentionally hid his screen from Jar Jar's view throughout the race. Shortly after Ben Quadinaros Podracer exploded before the 2nd lap, Jar Jar pounded on Fanta's back in excitement.
