Fantafly polyhedral dice were a type of dice that were used for gambling in the Canto Casino in the city of Canto Bight on the planet Cantonica. They came in a range of different polyhedral shapes and could be gold, silver or bronze in color, with black markings on each face.[1]

Behind the scenesEdit

Fantafly polyhedral dice first appeared in the film Star Wars: Episode VIII The Last Jedi,[2] which was released on December 15, 2017.[3] The props were not named in the film,[2] but received identification in Star Wars: The Last Jedi: The Visual Dictionary, a reference book written by Pablo Hidalgo[1] and released in conjunction with the film.[4] Their name is a reference to the company Fantasy Flight Games, who produce similar looking dice for their Star Wars roleplaying products.[5]
