The Far Outsiders was the cryptic name often given by the Chiss for the extragalactic alien force that began assailing the Unknown Regions in the years before the Clone Wars. They were in reality the Yuuzhan Vong, who launched a siege on the galaxy from 25–29 ABY. The name Far Outsiders was also used by the Ferroans of Zonama Sekot to describe the Yuuzhan Vong advance force that attacked their planet.
