Far Pando was a peaceful agrarian planet[3] in the Far Pando system[2] of Hutt Space. It was situated along the Pando Spur hyperlane, an offshoot of the larger Hollastin Run.[1] The planet was entirely controlled by members of the sentient Yahk-Tosh species.[3] Discovered by the galactic community at some point between 15,000 and 8,000 BBY,[5] the area of space occupied by the planet was considered to be under Hutt control as early as 4,000 BBY[6]—a hegemony that was still in place as of 137 ABY.[7] The average world in Far Pando's general vicinity had a population of less than one million as of approximately 25 ABY.[4]
Behind the scenes
Edit
Far Pando was introduced through a small blurb and a map placement in The Essential Atlas (2009), written by Jason Fry and Daniel Wallace.
