Fay David played one of Queen Amidala's handmaidens in one of the final scenes in The Phantom Menace and replaced Mary Oyaya as Luminara Unduli in Revenge of the Sith. In Attack of the Clones, she stood in for Orli Shoshan as Shaak Ti in the Jedi Archives scene.
She also worked on visual effects for Episode I and Episode II. Clone Commander Faie was named after her.[source?]
