Fayknom was an alias used by Villian Dance.

After Dance and several others stole a medical shuttle to escape the Death Star, they received a message from the Death Star's Flight Control demanding to know what they were doing. Dance responded by claiming to be "Lieutenant Fayknom" taking the shuttle to pick up injured personnel.
