Felana was the Chairwoman of Vorzyd V, in 39 BBY.

During that year, Vorzyd IV suffered attacks on its factories. Chairman Port accused the people of Vorzyd V, which emerged to be a competitive planet. These accusations irritated Felana and she expressed that her planet was ready for war, if the situation required it.

Finally, Felana met with Port to close down the misunderstanding.
