Fellan was young male courier who worked in Narloch's casinos on Reaper's World. He approached a group of bounty hunters and offered to sell them proof that Narloch was working for Jabba the Hutt. He wanted 2000 credits for the evidence which included recorded conversations of Narloch and Bib Fortuna, two sets of financial records showing profit skimming and tax fraud, and recorded conversations of Narloch threatening other local casino operators.
