The Felucian skullblade was a traditional weapon of the Jungle Felucian species. The skullblades were made from the bones of certain native Felucian creatures, which contained trace elements of Force-reactive crystals. This allowed the Felucians to imbue the weapons with the Force, making them resistant to lightsabers.
