Aca's Funnel was a stone structure constructed above the cenote of Acablas on the planet Aurater. Around the Funnel, the Jedi Order had constructed a Temple on one side, while the Sith Empire maintained a Pyramid there as well.
Overview[]
Built by an ancient group over the cenote at Acablas, Aca's Funnel was an irregularly shaped elliptical cone that served as a focusing point of the vergence below. The opening in the bottom of the Funnel was off-center, and allowed the elements down into the cenote. A rocky formation in its natural state, the funnel was paved over to form a winding stairway that descended to the opening.[1]
