This estate was owned by rogue Sith Lord Grathan on the reconstituted Sith Empire's capital of Dromund Kaas during the Cold War. It served as his warehouse where his guard protected artifacts and relics. During the apprenticeship of Kallig's descendant to Lord Zash, the apprentice was assigned to infiltrate the bunker and acquire both a tablet and the cyber neutralizer, a prototype weapon, developed by the scientist Dorotsech, to help them defeat Darth Skotia. The young apprentice performed the task successfully.[1]
