Handro was a Human female. She served the reconstituted Sith Empire as a corporal, and sold armor to Imperials on Balmorra during the Cold War with the Galactic Republic.

Handro appeared in the video game Star Wars: The Old Republic, released by BioWare in 2011, as a Medium Armor Vendor for Imperial players on Balmorra.[1] With the release of Game Update 4.0 on October 20, 2015,[2] she was removed from the game along with the rest of the Medium Armor Vendors.[1]
