Horn was a male Human Lieutenant in the Imperial Intelligence of the reconstituted Sith Empire living during the Galactic War. Around 3641 BBY he was posted at the Proculus Station above Belsavis, where active under orders of Darth Tormen he assistsed a bounty hunter in capturing a Republic spacer Zale Barrows. Horn was promoted to a Captain by the time of the Battle of Corellia.[1]
