A Human male enforcer worked for the Hutt Cartel on Nar Shaddaa. When rumors that the Guiding Hand gang was led by a Jedi reached the Cartel, the enforcer was sent to confront Tharan Cedrax, who had been seen working with a Jedi Knight.
