Jolam was a male Human who served as a sergeant in the Imperial Army of the reconstituted Sith Empire. During the Galactic War, he was stationed at the Jagged Plains Imperial Garrison on the Clabburn Tundra of the planet Hoth, distributing stimulants and medical supplies to other Imperial forces.[1]
