The jungle wampa was a brown-furred subspecies of wampa that lived in temperate jungle climates, such as the planet Rishi. Rishi's Horizon Island hosted a population of jungle wampas during the era of the Galactic War.[1] The Mandalorian Shae Vizla and her clan kept a large jungle wampa that they named Kyramla Gemas'rugam—which meant "Deadly Hairball" in Mando'a—on Tracyn Island on Rishi.[2]
