Keeper was a position in the Imperial Intelligence of Sith Empire. The person holding the rank of the Keeper answered only to the Minister of Intelligence, with both ranks having their true name a secret.

The person holding the rank of Keeper during the Galactic War
The Keeper of Imperial Intelligence gave orders to the operatives, oversaw the largest Intelligence operations and was privy to all the secrets of the Empire and Intelligence. Charged with overseeing the Operations Division of Imperial Intelligence, Keeper approved every infiltration into enemy territory and every execution of an enemy of the state. They were responsible for the actions of their agents. But if they failed in the eyes of the Minister of Intelligence or the Sith on the Dark Council, they could be swiftly replaced.
During the Cold War the rank of Keeper was held by a Human male. After he was promoted to the Minister of Intelligence, the rank of Keeper went to a Human female born as Shara Jenn, formerly Watcher Two. Unfortunately, the Imperial Intelligence was disbanded for series of events that triggered ires of Dark Council. It was immediately replaced by Sith Intelligence, with vital ranks being assigned to Sith lords themselves, effectively grounded, if not eliminated Keeper and other imperial ranks.
