Londar was a male Twi'lek who was a Sergeant in the Imperial Army of the reconstituted Sith Empire during the Cold War and Galactic War against the Galactic Republic, when he was stationed on Vaiken Spacedock.
He was also stationed on Section X at Belsavis but during the Dread War, he was stationed in the Dread Executioners camp on the moon Oricon as part of the Dread Executioners.
During the Revanite crisis, Londar was stationed on Yavin 4 as a member of the Yavin Coalition.[1]

Londar serves as Modification Vendor for Level 54 in multiple areas within the game Star Wars: The Old Republic. He appears as Modification Vendor for Level 56 players on Yavin 4.[1]
