M9-08 was an astromech droid used by the reconstituted Sith Empire during the Cold War. Posted at the Vaiken Spacedock, M9-08 relayed to Imperial forces an urgent transmission from Darth Malgus regarding the reemergence of the Red Reaper, the flagship of Darth Ikoral.[1]
