Medechas was a Human male who was a Sith Lord of the reconstituted Sith Empire during the Galactic War. During the invasion of Belsavis, Medechas led Special Operations Group Five, which was tasked with securing the Imperial base at the Imperial Lodgement and sowing chaos in the Minimum Security Section. Medechas's forces clashed with Republic security forces under Marshall Ellis Ruger during the early stages of the battle.[1]
