Neeko Payvees was a male Gran who had a bounty placed on his head by an unknown individual, who referred to him as "worthless scum". He was also the brother of Reek Payvees, who was also considered by the unknown individual to be "worthless scum" and thus had a bounty on his head, too. In 32 BBY, both bounties were claimed by Jango Fett.
