Nesker was a male Twi'lek living on Balmorra during the Galactic War. In 3642 BBY a Balmorran resistance cell led by Zenith rescued the President of Balmorra Retheus Galthe from Darth Lachris. Unfortunately, prolonged torture by Lachris broke Galthe's mind and a Balmorra citizens committee was assembled to oversee the transfer of political power to Tai Cordan, which Nesker was the first to propose.[1]
