Ortuno was a male Selkath who lived during the Galactic War between the Galactic Republic and the Sith Empire. He was the leader of a group of Order of Shasa's adepts that defended an underwater laboratory conducting experiments with Rakata technology to create invincible supersoldiers for the Order of Revan's Infinite Army at the behest of Revanites, Darth Arkous and Colonel Rian Darok. However Republic and Imperial strike teams sent by Theron Shan and Lana Beniko fought their way past the Order's adepts and killed Ortuno too.

The post also states that Game Updates released in 2014 can be placed in early and mid 3637 BBY, Shadow of Revan takes place near the end of that year, and that the events of Game Updates 3.1 through 3.3 can be placed in early and mid 3636 BBY. Therefore, the events of Game Update 2.10: Forged Alliances, which was released in 2014, can be placed in 3637 BBY.
