Rannos was a male Human agent of the Republic Strategic Information Service who held the position of Chief during the Galactic War. When the Tion Hegemony was overtaken by an outbreak of the rakghoul plague, Rannos grew concerned and dispatched his operative Whisper to recruit Republic operatives. He later led the Republic assault on Doctor Sannus Lorrick's Lost Island[1]
