Ralph Brown (born June 18, 1957) is an English actor who played Ric Olié in Star Wars: Episode I The Phantom Menace.
Brown was born in Cambridgeshire, England on June 18, 1957. Though he claims to be an "untrained actor", Brown has had nearly sixty roles on television and in films since 1982. These include "Danny the Drug Dealer" in Withnail and I, the security guard Aaron in Alien³, and the eccentric roadie Del Preston in Wayne's World 2. He also wrote, produced, and acted in the 2001 film New Year's Day.
In addition to his acting, Brown is a musician, who plays alto saxophone and piano. He is currently part of a Brighton, England-based Beach Boys tribute band called "The Brighton Beach Boys."
