A Rotkan visa stamp in High Galactic alphabet on an Intergalactic Passport
Rotkan was a galactic location where the Euclidean Complex was located. Visitors had to have visas stamped on their Intergalactic Passports in order to enter Rotkan and were to be accompanied by guides at all times. Rotkan was known to have used another calendar system other than the Galactic Standard Calendar at some point.
