The THORN Operations Chief was a Human male employee of the Hyland Organization for Rakghoul Neutralization during the era of the Galactic War. He was present during the rakghoul pandemic on Alderaan, stationed in the operations command center within the rakghoul tunnels and tasked Imperial THORN volunteers with various tasks. Later, he was also stationed in the rakghoul tunnels on Tatooine and Corellia.
