In 1 ABY, TK-9H4 was stationed in the Theed Royal Palace, alongside Declann and another stormtrooper, designated TK-8H2.

TK-9H4 is a Non-Player Character (NPC) in the MMORPG Star Wars Galaxies. In the game, the stormtrooper simply guards Nial Declann.
