The Void was a heavy projectile weapon named after a heroic commando in the early wars. It was used by some commandos at the time of the Galactic Civil War.

This weapon is a rare loot from the giant webweaver spider known as Mother Ves'ad in the Shadowweave Caverns on Kashyyyk in Star Wars Galaxies. It is unknown which "early wars" the item description refers to.
