This vendor owned a stand in the planet Coruscant's lower market districts. When Assassin droid HELIOS-3D was sent by Cad Bane to snatch Astromech droid R2-D2, the latter used his suction cup cable on this vendor's stand and pulled it down in front of the pursuers in an attempt to slow them down.
