The Wall Crawler Droid was a model of security droid that traveled along walls.[2] The droid defended its assigned area with a built in blaster[1] and missile launcher.[2] Wall Crawler Droids could be found on the first Death Star.[1]

The Wall Crawler Droid only appeared in the 1991 Star Wars video game within levels set on the Death Star and also in the Star Wars Hint Book, which first named it. The book included a brief description of the droid, accompanied by an illustration of it that differed greatly from its appearance in game scenes.[2]
