Wip Sheff was a male Human Correctional Authority guard wanted by the Hutt Clan for skimming profits from an inside smuggling operation. He was described as a crooked prison guard. Sometime after the battle of Naboo in 32 BBY, Jango Fett claimed the bounty on Wip Sheff when he broke into Oovo IV to capture Bendix Fust.
