Wlinc Tchrr was a Kajain'sa'Nikto bookmaker who worked for the Hutts on Tatooine at the time of the Galactic Civil War. He did not talk much about his business to strangers.
In 1 ABY he had a dispute with Imperial officer Gert Talnin, who owed Tchrr money from a gambling debt. Talnin tried to pay the debt with Imperial travel vouchers, which Tchrr did not accept.
