Yim Neher was a human individual who was active in the twilight years of the Galactic Republic.[1] Neher was present in the Tatooinian spaceport of Mos Espa in 22 BBY, when Anakin Skywalker and Padmé Amidala came to see the local junk dealer named Watto.[2]
