Zoran Velfahsa was a male Human living on the Eternal Empire capital of Zakuul. He was a member of the Heralds of Zildrog, a cult worshipping the mythical serpent-god Zildrog that controlled the Old World of Zakuul. In 3631 BBY he was present during the meeting between the leader of the Heralds the Exalted and the Commander, wanted for the assassination of Emperor Valkorion. When the Exalted departed to meet with the Lady of Sorrows, he ordered Zoran and two other Heralds to kill the Outlander and their companion. However, the Heralds were defeated and all three perished during the fight.[1]
