Finley was a Human male who served as a colonel and the leader of the Galactic Republic's Fifth Expeditionary Force during the Cold War with the Sith Empire. In 3642 BBY, Finley participated in the battle for the planet Balmorra as he aided the Jedi Knight known as the Hero of Tython and Warren Sedoru in the search for a prototype cloaking device.
